Eat more fruits and vegetables. kiwi, bananas, ginger, green leafy beg, sweet potatoes, beetroot mandarins and garlic are fruits and veggies that are filled with vitamins and mineral. Try exploring different varieties of fruits and veggies that you may not normally eat.
Eat a hearty breakfast. Try a warm bowlful of porridge on a cold morning to start your day. This gives you energy and help you feel fuller for longer, that way you won't snack unhealthy throughout the day.
Exercise regularly. I know it's a little harder to get the motivation to exercise when it is cold outside, but even if only for 15 minutes a day.
Drink a lot of water. Its essential for our body to function, and stay hydrated.
The winter weather can affect our skin, making it dry, itchy, and eczema flare ups. Moisturize daily.
Wash your hands regularly. Doing this keep bacteria and viruses off your hands. Making it harder for spreading or transferring of germs.
Please cover your mouth when sneezing or coughing. Doing this will help keep those around you healthy. Sneeze or cough in the fold of your elbow, so you won't get any germs, bacteria, and viruses on you hands.
