Wake up early to focus on the things that need to be done. If you have the option to get up early before you head to work each day do it. You'll get more done in the early hours of the day with less distractions, while allowing you to feel a sense of accomplishment early on. Many successful people have morning routines.
Rather than just drinking coffee, eat breakfast. Your body needs fuel, so take a few minutes to eat a good meal or drink a smoothie.
Plan and prioritize your schedule. Map out your day. Have a to-do list, this can be done the night before or in the morning.
Don't think about the day before, leave it all behind. Do not regret yesterday's decisions, choices or losses. Focus on what's ahead.
Value your time. Spend your time doing the most important things for yourself. Time is a non-renewable resource, unlike money, you cannot get time back.
Spend time with your love ones. This will help you to clear your head and will also help to remember what you're fighting.
Think about what you already have in your life. Be grateful.
