SUNBURN
Sunburn affect everyone of all color. It is one of the worst skin issues you might encounter. Being in the sun too long without any sunscreen can cause bad sunburn and skin cancer. It is a scary ordeal, so make sure you put on plenty of sunscreen and reapply often.
BUG
There's no getting around bug bites. Mosquitoes are especially prevalent this time of year. Bug bites are generally harmless and can be treated at home with over the counter itch creams or lotions.
ECZEMA
For some people with eczema, the warmth and sunshine can make it worse. be sure you are extra vigilant with your prescribed treatments or you're in for a long summer of itching and blistering.
CUTS & SCRAPES
Summertime brings on a higher rate of cuts and scrapes. This is due in part to extra time spent outdoors, but also because you wear less clothing when it's hot so more of your skin is exposed to potential injures. Keep a first aid kit handy.
STINGS
Getting stung is never fun, but it's a natural part of summer. If you get stung, watch for allergic reaction, otherwise treat it with anti-itch cream and a cool washcloth.
DON'T FORGET TO DRINK PLENTY OF WATER.
