STRAIGHTENED AND TRIMMED MY ENDS

I havent trimmed my ends in a while, more like six months or so, mainly because when it comes to my hair I get lazy. Just the thought and the process of washing, blow drying and trimming gets me exhausted. My hair always seems to grow longer on one side no matter what I do. I just can't figure out WHY?

I washed and conditioned my hair with Dove 'hair therapy' shampoo and conditioner.

I didn't blow dye it super straight, because I knew I was going to flat Iron it and didn't want too much heat on my hair.

 I didn't trim much, just enough to get rid of some unhealthy ends.
